Fabulous Birthday

I had a wonderful birthday! Thanks for all the cards and thoughts!

It was basically a normal day. I got the kids ready for school and headed to town. I went to the gym for the first time in a few months. I think that really made a difference. Nothing lifts my mood like a hard workout! I then picked the kids up from school and headed home, checked the mail and received the sweetest card from Michelle. Thanks so much Michelle! I really appreciated it! Joey came home and helped the kids make me a cake. While the cake cooked I opened my presents. Joey gave me some flowers (I was expecting that) and some more Jack Johnson CDs (I wasn't expecting that!). My kids were so cute. Before school while I was getting ready in my room, they wanted to wrap some presents for me. They went and picked some of their own toys and wrapped them up for me to open. When I did open them later in the evening, they had given me all of their favorite toys. It was very heartwarming. Larry was upset when I asked him if I could keep my toys in their room. We went out to eat and then put the boys to bed. Joey and I cuddled on the couch for the rest of the evening. The perfect end to a perfect day!
