On a brighter note

This has been a wonderful week. Actually the last couple weeks have been quite nice. Last week I had to drive the kids to school everyday and stay to pick them up. Trying to fill the time up, I took my two other kids to the mall and window shopped. Usually I hate shopping and taking two children just makes it worse, but this time the kids were extremely well behaved. I enjoyed being able to browse through all the clothes and decide what I would buy if I was really shopping. Then we went to the park. Since the weather is warm there were lots of kids to play with and I was able to just mosey around and follow Kenny.

My parents visited for the weekend. We didn't make any plans for outings. I loved being able to just spend time with them and do what we felt like when we wanted to. All in all a very low pressure week.

This week, the weather is beautiful again! The kids have sunburns from playing outside so much. Joey has BBQed twice this week! I love it! Taylor didn't have school so I've stayed home and hung out with the kids. My house is cleaner than its been in months. Spring fever is hitting me hard. I'm already planning all the activities I want to do with the kids this summer. So much to do and so little time!
