The house

Sorry- didn't realize I'd been so vague about the house.

Joey and I are trying to buy a house (actually Heather your parents own it) over by Radio Shack. The house is site built but has to be moved off the property. The moving part is what is causing the problems. So far we haven't been able to find a lender who "has a product to fit our needs." We finally met a loan officer who is pushing hard for us. The underwriters are scared to make a commitment though. Last week we were told we would know if we were approved on Friday. Friday they said Monday. Monday they said tomorrow at the latest. We haven't heard anything so far. Mostly they say if the house didn't have to move they would lend right away.

Another problem is we have to find roads that are wide enough to take house down. That might kill the project right there. We really really want it though.

We figure if we are supposed to happen it will, if not it won't; but it doesn't relieve much stress. It is nice to know we won't be out anything if it doesn't workout. We'll know at the end of the month.
